Get to Know Us
Hello everyone, my name is Liz and I'm excited to be the Tech Haven Club Manager! I'm really looking forward to working with all of you and helping to make Tech Haven the best it can be.
A little about me: I've been immersed in the world of home user tech support for over 20 years. Think of me as the go-to person for our customers and family and friends whenever their computers, printers, or devices went haywire. Over those years, I've tackled just about every issue imaginable, from email and security woes to software glitches and the dreaded "printer not responding" message. I've become quite adept at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and explaining technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand.
Beyond just fixing things, I truly enjoy helping people navigate the often-confusing world of technology. I believe that patience and a genuine desire to help are key to providing excellent customer service. I'm passionate about making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident using their tech, regardless of their experience level.
I'm glad to be bringing my experience and customer-centric approach to Tech Haven. I'm a firm believer in teamwork and open communication, and I'm excited to learn from all of you as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to provide top-notch support to our customers. Hello, I am Neil
My role in TechHaven is the telecoms engineer, I look after network infrastructure, CCTV and telephony. So, if you are thinking about a doorbell camera, or you are worried about the BT phone switch off, I am your man.
Equally, if you need an extra data socket or if you are building an extension, we can cable the whole building back to the router.
If your WiFi is poor and does not cover your whole property, I am the man for you. Perhaps, your router is in the wrong place in your property, we can move it to where you want it to be. If you have a garden office you work from, we can join the building to the main house and provide stable broadband for your IP phone and computer systems.
Another product we install and maintain is CCTV security for your property. Techhaven use CCTV cameras with subscription free recording, LED spotlights and colour night vision. Either a CCTV system which will cover the front and back of your property or, a single camera to cover a vulnerable area.
